Brief Job Description:
• Should be handling the company linux server and systems resolving issues on a day to day basis
• Should be churning the data for agent calling without duplicates.
• Should be handling predictive dialer reports and manuals.
• Should be handling linux server and upload the necessary softwares.
Educational Qualification:
• Any Graduate/Post graduate in computer science.
Work Experience and Skills required:
• 3-4 year experience in international BPO as system admin.
• Should be having experience in predictive diallers like autodial, vicidial etc.,
