Brief Job Description:
• Team Handling of 20 Outbound Agents.
• Responsible for recruitment, retention of agents.
• Shift Timings are 8.30 PM to 05.30 AM.
• Generating leads for free diabetic supplies for US customers.
• Should be meeting day to day sales targets and productivity levels.
Educational Qualification:
• Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Work Experience and Skills required:
• 2-3 year experience in international BPO.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Should have flair for sales and customer service.
• Should have good internet knowledge and MS office skills.
