Our client, an international gaming company, is looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Lawyer for their newly established offices based in Limassol. 

Responsibilities

• ·         Corporate and tax structuring of the group with use CY, BVI, Luxembourg, UK jurisdictions
• ·         Consider the risks related with transfer pricing
• ·         Analysis and drawing up of corporate documents
• ·         Work experience with banks (the passage of KYC). Economic and Corporate Law and personal data Law
• ·         Experience of work with legal support of Internet sites and creation of software

Profile

• ·         Good knowledge of Economic, Corporate and Tax Law
• ·         Work experience with foreign jurisdictions
• ·         At least 3 years of relevant experience at a similar position
• ·         Fluent in English and Russian languages 
• ·         Knowledge of the antimonopoly and investment legislation
• ·         Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills
• ·         Team-player, able to work under pressure, creativity, innovation and problem solving skills is a must.
