We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with an affiliate portfolio and extensive knowledge to join a blockchain/crypto affiliate network. The successful person will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in affiliate marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new partners/affiliates to grow the affiliate scheme.
- Work with operations to find the best solutions for affiliate partners.
- Analyse affiliate campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of affiliates.
- Build and maintain customer relationships in order to understand affiliate needs.
- Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner.
- Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets.
- Perform new affiliate acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds and emails.
- Maintain open communication with all affiliates on day-to-day issues.
- Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
- Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding optimization opportunities.
- Identify and recruit new affiliate market partnerships.
- Provide incentives to top-performing affiliates to assist them in maximizing their efforts.
- Analyse affiliate performance and handle any imminent disputes.
- Handle deal negotiations and reporting activities with affiliate partners.
Requirements:
- An in-depth knowledge of international affiliates markets.
- Existing portfolio of affiliates and access to a network of affiliates.
- A minimum of three years of experience in an affiliates role.
- Strong team management and partnership management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective sales and negotiation skills.
- Driven and results-orientated.
- Effective reporting and presentation skills.
- Highly numerate.
- A good understanding of tracking technology.
- Bachelor’s degree – considered a plus but not essential.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Native / fluent in English (any additional language would be a bonus).
- Bonus experience with HasOffers affiliate network technology.
- You must be able to live and work freely in the EU.
